Any unauthorized listing, resale, or distribution of Lucky Chuck® products on third-party platforms is considered a violation of our wholesale agreement and may result in immediate termination of your account and loss of purchasing privileges. All requests for online marketplace approval must be submitted in writing to howdy@luckychuck.com and approved by the CEO prior to listing.
