Our Mission

Lucky Chuck socks are made for cowgirls and cowboys who don’t slow down. These socks are built to stay up, stay dry, and stay strong. Every pair is designed with purpose, backed by experience, and tested in real life- not in a boardroom. We stand for comfort, durability, and showing up fully every single day.

Wholesale Minimum Opening Order Requirements:

Minimum opening order is $300
Minimum reorder is $150

Wholesale Payment: When placing an order for your convenience, Lucky Chuck® accepts cash, cashier’s checks, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will be billed at the time of your wholesale shipment. If the card is declined we will call and give you notification. If you do not call back in 24 hours we will cancel your order and close your account. Your account will be charged a $50 RETURNED CHECK FEE every time your check does not clear the bank. All first time orders must be paid with a credit card. Business checks are accepted if approved by our credit department.

Cancellations: Cancellations will only be approved within 5 days of order placement. Orders move from entry to order within 48 hours upon receipt of the order. We are not able to change or cancel orders that have already been entered into the shipping phase. Purchaser assumes financial responsibility for the order once the order has moved into the shipping phase. Any orders cancelled after 5 business days will be charged a 35% restocking fee.

Returns and Repairs: All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a sales receipt and a return authorization form. Lucky Chuck® reserves the right to dispute a Manufacture Defect claim. The age of the product and repair issue will be taken into consideration during inspection.

Wholesale Shipping: We ship all items UPS, USPS or FedEx. As previously stated, all orders will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. These charges will be applied to your next order or we will close your account.
